Alex Moskowitz (Anders Erickson) is a struggling stand-up comedian. After years of floundering in marginal success his comedy team has come to an unexpected end. He’s at odds with his one time comedy partner and long time best friend Keaton(JD Hennig). His solo act is bombing and his friends may not put up with his verbal barrage much longer. He may have to start taking life more seriously. But not too seriously. Then he meets a beautiful young women named Katie (Janette DeFelice). Katie is the kind of girl he’s always wanted. Well, she’s at least the kind of girl he’s finally settled on wanting. She’s the kind of girl that can give him hope and maybe get his life back in order. But can Katie wait around while Alex learns to grow up. Alex may not be able to hide his secret life from her for much longer. Everything is bound to come to a head in the end but in the realistic struggles of life who will be the victum. This enthrawling look at the early twenty-somethings lifestyle blends drama, comedy and even animation into a delightful romp of one-liners and pitfalls. From first time writer/director Rick Liebenow.
