Tom and Cody, along with a number of other friends plan a trip to Tom's cabin, outside of the city to kick off break. As the trip slowly nears, the small gap between reality and the world Cody immerses himself in starts to break.

An old woman is brought into a hospice. The only thing she carries is a locket containing a very special photograph. She has no identification and is unable speak. Although unable to communicate, the old woman is awake and aware of the two nurses, a male (Michael) and a female (Gloria), caring for her. Gloria doesn\'t understand the connection that occurs between her and the old woman, but Michael knows all too well what\'s happening because he\'s been there. Try as he might to remain aloof and distant, the connection draws him to Gloria, and thus to the old woman. Who is she?
